Lesson PDF link: 14b.pdf

Introduction

We are using a clip from the Digimon episode "Wizardmon's Gift" (2x), the whole episode of the Digimon episode "Prophecy", a clip from the GI Joe episode "Money To Burn", and a clip from the Digimon episode "The Battle For Earth" for the finale of this graphic two-piece lesson. This lesson shows a graphic end to the Devil and his minions and the graphic freedom of the saints in the end. We in Christ will win the day guaranteed!!! This lesson is definitely equal to the prior lesson in this two-part set on the final judgment in tight parallel to the scriptures.

Scriptures used include Revelation chapter 13; II Corinthians 11: 13-15; I Peter 5: 8-9; Revelation 20: 1-6; Revelation 20: 7-10; and Revelation 19: 1-9.

Last time (Lesson 14a) we discussed the Great Banquet and what it's like. Today we will discuss The Day of Judgment and events leading up to it in more detail. What did we learn last time?

Bible Study: Read Rev. 13

What does this scripture mean to you? Is this ample warning? Why or Why not?

In the clip, Angewomon's arrow strikes Myotismon. This symbolizes the fatal wound this scripture talks about.

Cartoon Show "Prophecy" (Digimon):

Digimon: "Prophecy": Direct link for video/webm

Everyone is in an evil coma at this time. They arise only to invoke and worship 'The Undead Digimon King'. This symbolizes the astonishment of the people and the worship the fallen give.

Venommyostismon makes war on the non-captured and the digidestined. This symbolizes the part of the scripture where the Devil makes war with the saints and has authority to do so.

Demidevimon goes about trying to get his master back to full strength feeding him all that he desires even himself. Isn't it interesting how this cartoon portrays Satan eating his servants? Demidevimon symbolizes the Beast out of the Earth, in other words the false prophet.

The Bible States:

For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising then his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve. (II Corinthians 11: 13-15)

If we look at Venommyotismon himself, we can see that he definitely symbolizes Satan.

The Bible States:

Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. Resist him and stand firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of sufferings. (I Peter 5: 89)

What do you think so far about the link between scriptures and the cartoon? Do you think the cartoon maker is trying to warn us, why or why not?

The 666 prophecy is fulfilled in the episode "Prophecy". This symbolizes the coming of the Antichrist in the scripture we are studying.

Show Clip: "Money To Burn" (GI Joe):

GI Joe: "Money To Burn": Direct link for video/webm

Cobra demands that everyone bow down to him and use his money or else. This symbolizes the other part of the 666 section in the Bible about the money. Do you understand this symbol and interpretation?

Bible Study V: In the cartoon clip, our villain gets struck down. Read Rev. 20: 1-6

The Devil at this time gets thrown down into the Abyss seemingly struck down for good. But, the Bible specifically says that this won't last. What does this scripture mean to you?

Bible Study VI: Read Rev. 20: 7-10

The Rest Of Symbols Of The Show And Clips:

"Wizardmon's Gift": Angewomon strikes Myotismon with her arrow. Interpretation: Angewoman symbolizes Michael fighting Satan and throwing him into the Abyss when she struck him with her arrow. Is everyone with me so far and understand this symbolic link?

Do you remember the episode "Prophecy"? In "Prophecy", Myotismon is foretold to come back with a vengeance. Interpretation: So, too will the Devil after he is thrown into the Abyss the first time. So, the lull in the episode "Prophecy" is also symbolic of the thousand-year reign (Rev. 20: 1-6) where the Devil isn't around. What are your thoughts on this symbol?

"The Battle For The Earth": Chains of light that come from the digivices restrain Venommyotismon. Interpretation: This also symbolizes Michael imprisoning Satan, but this time for keeps.

Look at the Belly Monster in this episode clip. In your opinion, what symbol do you think it would have? It is OK if you don't know. I will give its interpretation. Interpretation: This symbolizes just how small the Devil's power is vs. the power of God and all of his saints. With perseverance we will win. There isn't a thing Satan can do about his fate not now, not ever!!!! Do you see this? Why do you think that the symbol of the Belly Monster means this?

In this cartoon, Venommyotismon disintegrates and is deleted. Interpretation: This is the Devil's fate. The Devil will die forever. Do you think that this villain should have died in this manner? He is a strong candidate for portraying Satan isn't he?

What have we just learned?

What have we learned overall? How can we be ready for the enemy's tricks and traps that are sure to happen in the future? What do you feel like when you read these scriptures and see the symbolism combined; are you filled with hope or dread? Do you look forward to the Devil's judgment day? Do you look forward to your own? Will God say 'welcome' or 'depart from me'?

Hallelujah ' Read Rev. 19: 1-9 (here it is):

After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting: 'Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.' And again they shouted: 'Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever.' The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne. And they cried: 'Amen, Hallelujah!' Then a voice came from the throne, saying: 'Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both small and great!' Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: 'Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.' (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.) Then the angel said to me, 'Write: 'Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!' ' And he added, 'These are the true words of God.'

Read The Poem 'There Will Be A Royal Wedding':

"There'll Be a Royal Wedding": By God and Richie Heinlein (In God I Trust and Write)

There'll be a Royal Wedding, says the Lord of Hosts, where good will prevail.

There'll be a Royal Wedding, says the Lord of Hosts, that foes cannot assail.

There'll be a Royal Wedding says the Lord of Hosts that grief cannot win.

There'll be a Royal Wedding says the Lord of Hosts where not one can sin.

There'll be a Royal Wedding says the Lord of Hosts that the devil only watches from his spiritually cramped, small, and hot prison of tin.

There'll be a Royal Wedding, says the Lord of Hosts, that the fun never ends.

There'll be a Royal Wedding where not a road bends.

There'll be a Royal Wedding, says the Lord of Hosts, when all the souls of man in the Lamb's Book He mends.

Oh, there'll be a Royal Wedding when Babylon falls.

There'll be a Royal Wedding, says the Lord of Hosts when we are all united in those hallowed halls.

Will you be at the Royal Wedding when the Lord of Hosts calls?

There'll be a Royal Wedding forever and ever Amen, with the devil's fall.

There'll be a Royal Wedding forever and ever, Amen all!

There'll be a Royal Wedding, says the Lord of Hosts where we will forever have a ball.

Forever and ever, Amen all!
